Pull back hair, tie it and get it out of the way.
Remove makeup regularly and completely every day.
Wash skin well before applying a facial mask. Exfoliate with home prepared scrubs rather than commercial ones.
Scrubs should not be used by individuals experiencing an active outbreak of acne because they can aggravate the problem and introduce infection.
Also don’t scrub if you have an active infection, cold sore, sunburn, extremely dry skin, redness or inflammation for any reason.
